GoNego was founded in 2025 after more than 20 years in commercial leasing, working on both the landlord and tenant sides. I’ve negotiated hundreds of leases across retail, office, and industrial spaces—representing major brands like Subway and leading landlords such as First Capital—from smaller 800 sq. ft. units to large multi‑thousand‑square‑foot deals. 

My background includes a Paralegal Degree from O’Sullivan College, a Certificate in Law from the University of Montréal, and a Major in Language Studies from Concordia University, giving me the tools to interpret complex lease terms with precision. With deep experience in negotiations, portfolio management, and property‑management fee structures, GoNego helps business owners secure the strongest, safest, and most advantageous lease possible while minimizing unnecessary risks and extra charges.
